15 Apr World Health Day
Building a fairer, healthier world
The World Health Organization (WHO) and Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) have posted this year’s World’s Health Day campaign for building a fairer, healthier world. It is well known that not all families share the same medical opportunities, and some have no access to health services. After a year of COVID-19, these specific communities have suffered beyond enough, as they have been left unprotected without or poor medical and health services.
It is preventable, and this is why the WHO and PAHO are calling on the leaders to ensure medical and health equality to everyone and the quality of its services when and where it is needed. This campaign will counteract the pandemic’s impact on all communities which were already vulnerable.
Our social responsibility is to take care of ourselves (wearing a mask, washing our hands, social distancing) so we can take care of others. Eat healthy, exercise at home, drink plenty of water and make sure your diet includes superfoods that keep your immune system healthy, such as Kyorella! A healthier you is a click away!
