Refund and Returns Policy

My Circle Green® stands behind each of its products and if you are not 100% satisfied with yours, we will promptly issue a refund.

> Return policy applies:

If the lid, seal, or bottle are damaged and/or broken when you receive your order.
If the product(s) you ordered do not satisfy you.

> Return process consists of:

Upon the arrival of the order, customers have 30 days to claim a refund.
Photographic evidence of damaged product(s) is required for this process.

> Refunds & shipping costs for returns:

Once the return process has been initiated and the purchased order is returned to My Circle Green® (used or unused), you will be credited to the original form of payment used within 30 business days.

Shipping costs of placed orders will not be refunded.

Customers bear the shipping cost with their preferred carrier, to return the items.
