It is often said that to accomplish a balanced lifestyle eating healthy and exercising is a must, obviously these are very important habits, but there is more to it. True balance lies in our health triangle defined by three major aspects: physical, mental and social health.
Here are 3 main aspects to consider to make this happen:
- Physical health refers to how well our body functions, so we must: exercise often, maintain a healthy diet which includes a daily intake of Kyorella CFG, never forget our rest, be on top of our body weight, have good hygiene and avoid products that simply are toxic for our bodies.
- Learning from our mistakes and assuming responsibility defines our mental health: our mind is what makes us aware of ourselves and the world around us, being emotionally mature will strengthen our health triangle.
- How we live with ourselves and interact with others defines our social health, factors like: our communication skills, respect, selflove and love for others, the ability to seek and give support, bonding with friends and being cooperative are points that determine how strong and healthy this aspect of our triangle is.
