5. Make a training schedule which fits your daily activities, and try your best to keep it the same each week.
6. Start small, it is important your body has resistance first. Then go big, your second goal will be strength.
7. Rest is necessary to recover your muscles, start exercising three days a week; when you feel confident that you can do more, add a day to your training. And remember to take a break at least once a week, balance is necessary to keep you going.
8. Your progress will be your motivation, keep a weekly record of your times and resistance.
